hooooooooooooooolidays!

holidays are almost over,
(i can't believe it,
there must be something
wrong with the calender.)

and i am about to be
overcome by fatigue,
with so many programmes packing up
the day and night slots all the way to 1 a.m.

straight after the O's,
i had:
1. rehearsals to rush to;
2. concerts to perform;
3. church camp :)
4. countless of makeup music lessons
(stupid O levels la,
make me miss so much lessons)
5. working stints at cineleisure
and national library :]
6. hanging-out with buddies ;
7. confirmation ceremony;
*8. playing TCM

(hey, mum promised me
that i could play until siao
after the O's,
which i dutifully did.

so imagine her horror when she
realised i was still hooked on
the computer screen
at 1.30am still figuring
whether to include Hugo Viana
into my line-up anot.

and that look on her face,
was classic.)

oh goodness.
i need a breather.

*

1 + 2 + 4:
the rehearsal and concert was
a horror show.

i could not play properly;
could not count properly;
and my scores were flying all
over the place.

i was hoping that i can
mimic my partner in
the bowings and stuff,
but man,
she was as clueless as me.

and my teacher agreed to
let me skip grade 6,
and i was kind of delighted,
cause the fees are so damn ex,
and i can spend a year without
practising the 3 sacred pieces.

oh goody good.

3 + 7:
church camp had
F-U-N
spelt all over it.

i got to meet and know
some other people in youth
previously annoymous to me,
and i inherited a lovely sore throat
from all that shouting and screaming
and all that tons of pizza.

oh,
PTL for all that.

it rocked big time.

and the confirmation ceremony
was also kind of funny.

and for once in my life,
people actually thought that
i speak english at home and all places.

no la,
you all got it wrong already.

i am a 100% chinese
who IS fiercely proud of his roots, k?

lol.

and i've got a A2 in chinese
during prelims to prove it.

ah, see, see.

i am not a chiak kang tang,
nor an ordinary ABC.

man,
i speak better mandarin than english;
i just happen to be stronger vocab
in my english than chinese,
so that's why i preferred to
have my testimony spoken in english.

so there's no need to brush up my spoken
chinese or buy any language-help books la,
they are kind of ridiculous.
:P

5:
working was fun,
and i got to meet all kinds of wierd people.

*
me: excuse me, sir, would you like to view our exhibition,
and vote for your favourite design?

him: oh, no problem,
i can also practise voting for our presidential elections.
(tone suddenly changes)
you know something?
i am 25 and have not yet voted in the elections!
ridiculous right?

*
siao la.

he must be either a presidential hopeful,
or mr brown in disguise.

what the hell,
i almost burst out laughing.

anyway,
it was fun working with my shift kakis,
and although it was short,
it was memorable.

:]

6:
yeah, AGC!

zhenyu and shakir came over
yesterday and zy helped
my star-studded team with training
while shak looked on.

haha,
and i showed them the 'famous'
long shot wonder goals that
my team produced.

and they kind of protested,
because in real life,
players cannot do that kind of
tricks and moves that often.
(hat-trick by Saviola,
all shots from outside the p.box)

lol.

anyway,
i am still planning the countdown
event with them,
and is about to finalise the details.

anyone interested just sms me;
feel free to join,
provided that you can stand jw's foul mouth,
of course.

ah, just kidding.

_______________

anyway,
i got posted into AJ.

i am happy,
but not very happy.
:

*
zy: is it because of her?

me: ya la, you're right.
damn spot on.
