I went back to primary school yesterday,
and met up with a few of my old friends.
Some had changed,
and some remained the same.
I was kind of amused by the changes
that some of them underwent.
There was a friend who speaks Chinese
during primary school.
When I saw him yesterday,
he greeted me with a typical American style, “hey!” a
nd rattled on in his singlish/English combination.
I tried to communicate with him in Chinese,
but he was still determined to correspond in his lingo.
Just imagine Cheryl Fox speaking in Chinese,
it is
THAT hilarious.
Luckily, there were some friends who stayed normal.
one of them pointed to my bottle and smiled.
“vodavoda,” she said.
“yeah. designer water,” I replied, smiling back to her.
Both of us had a good laugh,
and we talked about the good times we had.
And it suddenly dawned on me
that I actually missed them.
And friends like them are forever.
Anyway, another friend (a guy)
and I went to tampines mall to watch In Her Shoes.
Both of us wanted to take photos at first, but after the first shot,
we decided that it was way too gay.
So I only took the photo of the ticket.
Ahem.

Both of us went home around 6+,
and I felt really good after the outing.
