kinda sad,
though.

i wonder where he'll go after his long spell at united.

sure, many clubs will want to sign him,
which includes celtic and portsmouth.

but i just can't imagine him
wearing a different jersey,
playing in a different role and club.

i just hope that man u will find someone
suitable enough to replace him.
not that alan smith is a bad player.

but do smith have that inspirational presence
which is so closely associated with keane?

maybe maniche can be lured to old trafford
to take over the skipper's role.

nevertheless, keane's one of the few footballers i respect,
and it'll be hard to say goodbye.
